Chris Skudder

Chris Skudder is a sports presenter and correspondent for Sky News. Chris has covered the Olympic Games, the last five World Cups and has followed England all over the world in the last decade. Chris was ahead of the world’s media to report upon the controversial decision for Germany to host the World Cup in 2006.
 
Chris has worked at Sky for 20 years. He is an old hand at presenting sport, having voiced the original commercial trail for the pre cursor of the Sky Sports channel whilst freelancing as a sports broadcaster British Satellite Broadcasting. From 1987-1991, he worked as Sports Editor for Ocean Sound Radio. Prior to that, Chris was a Sports journalist at Swansea Sound Radio.
 
Chris graduated with a BA (hons) in French and Drama from Goldsmiths College, London University. Originally from Birmingham, as a teenager Chris moved to Pembrokeshire where he still enjoys visiting his family.
 
Aside from his passion for sport – notably Birmingham City FC – Chris is fan of going to music festivals and gigs, running and photography. Chris lives in Bracknell with his wife, Belinda and their 2 children.
