Tadhg Enright

Tadhg Enright is Sky News' business reporter who covers the twists and turns in the British and global recovery.

A self-confessed business anorak, Tadhg particularly enjoys reporting on retail and aviation stories and anything to do with branding.

Tadhg joined Sky News' Dublin office in 2005 and reported from Ireland for three years on a variety of topics including from the peace process to Eurovision plus the rise and fall of the Celtic Tiger economy.

Switching to Ireland's state broadcaster RTE in 2008, Tadhg moved into business news just as the Eurozone crisis started to develop.

He returned to Sky News in 2010 shortly before Ireland's bailout and brought first-hand knowledge and experience to Sky's coverage of its downfall and all the Eurozone developments and lack of progress since.

Tadhg's favourite plaudit was paid by City grandee David Buik who told him: "I love your rhetoric!"
